Welcome! I am Bingnan Xiao, a Ph.D. candidate (Excellence Doctoral Program) in the School of Information Science and Engineering at Fudan University, advised by Prof. Xin Wang (IEEE Fellow). Before that, I received my B.Eng. in Communication Engineering from Fudan University in 2022.
My current research interests lie in Mid-Training, Agentic AI, and federated optimization.

- 04/2026. Started an internship at ByteDance, focusing on algorithm optimization in intelligent customer service agents.
- 10/2025. Started research collaboration at SUTD, supported by CSC, working on Agentic AI for wireless resource allocation.
- 07/2025. Our paper "Federated Learning with Adjustable Learning Rates for Resource-Constrained Wireless Networks" received the Best Paper Award at the 10th IEEE International Conference on Computer and Communication Systems (ICCCS 2025).
- 04/2025. Our paper "FLARE: A New Federated Learning Framework with Adjustable Learning Rates over Resource-Constrained Wireless Networks" was accepted to IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (SCI Q1 Top).
